On November 10th, the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Graduate Education Professional Committee of the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Association and the 7th National High end Forum on the Theory and Practice of Graduate Education Discipline Construction was held in Kunming, Yunnan. Professor Zhong Yongwei from our school attended the meeting and presented a report titled "How to Promote Innovation: Key Factors and Mechanisms of Graduate Innovation Behavior".
In the report, Professor Zhong explained the necessity of revealing the key influencing factors and their mechanisms of graduate innovation behavior, and analyzed the key influencing factors and their mechanisms of graduate innovation behavior from three levels: organizational support, mentor support, and graduate literacy. Professor Zhong's report has enhanced the understanding of graduate student innovation behavior and its cultivation path in the domestic academic community, and has received widespread attention from attending representatives.
This conference was hosted by the Graduate Education Professional Committee of the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Association, and organized by the Higher Education Research Institute of Yunnan University and the Education Research Institute of Tsinghua University. More than 140 leaders, experts and scholars from over 60 universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Xiamen University, attended the meeting.
